Warranty

Cantium Scientific Limited warrants that it will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.

All goods supplied by Cantium Scientific Limited, unless otherwise agreed in writing, shall carry twelve months warranty effective from the date of despatch to you.

Any goods not operating within specification within the twelve month period must be returned to Cantium Scientific Limited, where they will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Cantium Scientific Limited.

All customers receive unlimited email and telephone support for products they have purchased for the period of the warranty.

 

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

Any goods received may be returned for a full refund within fourteen days of receipt.  

Refunds will only be made if the goods are in their original packaging and have not been used.  Cantium Scientific Limited may charge a re-stocking fee to cover costs, particularly in the case of large quantities or small value items.  Such costs will be made known in advance of the goods being returned.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods under this offer.  Goods must be returned using a reputable courier and be insured for the full value in favour of Cantium Scientific Limited.  Before returning goods, please contact Cantium Scientific Limited for a returns number.

 

How to Return Goods

If the goods appear faulty, we may be able to resolve the issue over the phone or by email.

Prior to returning goods, Cantium Scientific Limited must be contacted, details can be found on the home page.   A returns / repair number will be allocated and returns documentation will be sent.  You will need to have the following information available:

 > your name / company name

> invoice / delivery note number relating to the goods

> reason for return
